Hi, New to the US so don’t know how to do SIP(systematic investment plan) for index funds. have primarily been using 401k for automated investing but looks like Fidelity doesn’t offer this. I have set up recurring deposit but it doesn’t get invested in ETFs directly and Fidelity says they don’t have a option to do so. Looks like Robinhood has the option but I dont want to do long term investments with them. Does Vanguard offer this? Back in India I primarily did Nifty and was all set. Do folks do mainly VTI here? What other low expense ratio ETFs do you do? Also any high expense ratio better return funds to recommend? Thanks TC: 550k
Yes, look at automatic investment option in vanguard
Yes auto investment works mainly for mutual funds. Thanks for VTSAx input. Do you know the equivalent of this in fidelity?
Yes it’s fxaix for spy 500
Also fskax for total market
E*trade offers automatic investing for ETFs.
I use M1 to schedule my SIP investments for index funds. Also, have scheduled investment for ARKK .
