How to get into AI Industry with Bachelors and 1 YOE
Hello everyone, I need some guidance and help. I have completed my bachelor's degree and have been working for almost a year. As we all can agree that AI is the hottest thing right now. I would like to pursue a career in this. However, I am not sure of the path I should take to break into the AI industry. I do not want to pursue higher studies at this time, but I am wondering if it is possible to obtain a role in AI without further education. Masters in CS
The real research and ML modelling is done by PhD in ML. Rest all MLE work on productionalizing the ML models. You have to choose between the two that interest you, ML modelling is more math oriented and productionalizing is less so. You can start by a few course era courses and projects. Developing some things on the side would help a lot with learning. Master's is an option but won't teach you a ton, from my experience.

Bachelor's in Computer Science, I'm currently working on C++ based applications.
