Microsoft IDC offer evaluation

Need your help regarding expected CTC with msft idc currently comp : 35L fixed+5L variable+10L stocks no other offer currently YOE: 10.8yrs update: received initial numbers from HR role: L63 base : 45L fixed perf bonus: 0-30% RSU: 80k usd over 4 years joining bonus : 4L i feel the numbers are low. Get other offers, that is the best way to get them to negotiate.

It is not low but could push for higher, joining bonus can also definitely be improved further.

Stocks are very low, most people get 130K+ at L63. Unfortunately Microsoft recruiters are usually extremely adamant against negotiating. They only increase the offer if you have a competing offer, and even then they only match.
