He always ignores me and rudely dismiss my ideas especially in a group setting. I told him that I would appreciate more constructive feedback so I can improve, but he just does not seem to like me. He takes breaks with his vape buddy who is the guy that was hired around the same time I onboarded. They bonded over those vape breaks and I feel left out and that may be why he doesn't like me. Maybe I am overthinking it but I am not gonna start vaping so he can like me. This sucks. Rand end.
