My postmates order keeps getting cancelled.
Its the third time in a row!! Never had it happen with Doordash or ubereats. Postmates why 😩😩😩. You guys do have good customer service though.

In our area postmates is terrible. Especially restaurants using them when you order via their website or app. One time no one went to pick our order so the restaurant owner have one of their people deliver the food. Next time ordered at another place, waited 2 hours then went to get the food myself, after I did their courier went to the restaurant. Postmates just suck, Doordash is great with dasher availability and timing.
Happened to me while using Ubereats yesterday and also about a week before. All when I ordered from a specific restaurant. The restaurant said they never received any order from Ubereats, while the app and “customer support representative” kept telling me that the restaurant confirmed my order. When I told the customer support that I confirmed with the restaurant and please check with the restaurant (I provided the number), he said he does not have a proper tool to make a phone call due to covid. Lol. What a joke. Does Ubereats not allow employees to not use their phones while at work?
It's all about location. Postmates has way more drivers in certain cities than DD / UE. As far as the individual driver experience, I think you'll find that with enough time you'll have a bad experience with any platform.

Well I ordered from one place three times and every time it would get to the stage where the driver is delivering the order then all of a sudden the order would get canceled.
