I went on a date
I am a junior swe with 1 yoe and currently on visa, hence a bit cramped up when it comes to timelines to find a job. I have been trying for several weeks now and I fail to crack interviews. I am able to go past phone screenings but get filtered out in on-site. When I request feedback, I get generic email replies from companies that they see potential in me and ask me to apply again in the future. Right now it seems a very uphill battle to crack even a single interview and get any job. I solve Medium LC problems with multiple approaches with optimum time and space complexity. However, I'm not able to solve hard ones and have to refer to solution almost always. I am a decent student when it comes to disciplined study and performed above average in my internships. I feel I am doing something wrong either the way I approach interview or practice on LC bcoz I do have a passion for software engineering yet there is hardly / no progress since several weeks I have been interviewing for, which is quite demotivating. I wanted to check if people follow any study plan that they can share and practice specific pattern of questions or if there is something obvious I am missing. Sorry for the vague description but wanted to pick everyone's brains. TC ~ $100k / yr #amazon #google #microsoft #meta #interviews #nvdia #netflix #apple #salesforce #adobe
