Offer from AiDash

Hi, I am a SDE in SAP with 4.5 YoE and TTC 13 . I recently interviewed at AiDash and got an offer for TTC 22. I am not very sure about the market standards so wanted to check if its a fair deal or I’m getting lowballed here. Also, any inputs on whether it would be a good switch is also appreciated. Please provide suggestions. Thanks
