I think blind’s users are ~99% US-based or working for US companies (completely making that % up from my experience here fyi but would be surprised if it’s way off). We all know the state of things in the US (my word of choice is “wobbly”). How are things for tech workers in places like eastern/western Europe, India, Australia, Korea, China, Japan, and others? Are you seeing layoffs/threat of layoffs, flooded labor market, and other challenges as well? Are you struggling with problems like massive inflation, and bank collapses that cause general tension in the economic env? Also - do you think that working in the US for a parent company that is not US-based affects the decisions that they’re making toward strategy (headcount’s, budgets, etc)? I know this will vary case by case. Just curious if there is any common sentiment there. #misc
Tech in Europe is great. Tons of companies moved to Europe due to costs
Yeah, that helps confirm what I’ve observed
India is even better. Layoffs are there but the top people are finding jobs with higher pay
