Hello everyone, I wanted to reach out and seek some guidance on the general procedure for following up with recruiters after submitting a job application. I recently applied to several software engineering positions at OpenAI and Netflix and Jane Street but unfortunately, I haven't received any feedback from their recruiters yet. I have tried reaching out to some recruiters on LinkedIn, but I haven't received any response. I feel that I have a good profile and I am a strong candidate for these positions. Therefore, I was hoping that someone here could share some insights or advice on how to get in touch with recruiters and improve my chances of landing an interview. Any tips or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!#tech #tech #netflix #openai #janestreet #microsoft #amazon TC 320k Microsoft
That sounds just right. However I am not sure in current scenario, where so many are reaching out, if my ping will make a difference ๐. I did applied though
Iโd appreciate a LinkedIn ping with your resume attached and why youโd be a great fit for the role youโre interested in. but im not a fan of the whole copy and paste/spray and pray method to the entire recruiting team. You only just need to ping one recruiter and they could pass it along to their teammates if youโre a better fit elsewhere.
