Current TTC: $120 at SAP (Sales Ops). 7 YOE. Looking at ServiceNow Senior Analyst role. Discussed last week with the recruiter and she shared that the minimum is $125K base, 15% bonus, $100K RSUs over 4 years. What would you suggest would be appropriate to go for? $140K base? 20% bonus?
