Should I interview if for same level if already reached terminal level?
Currently at ICT4 making 300k with 10 yoe but don’t think I’ll ever make it to ICT5 here. Datadog recruiter reached out to me for Senior roles between 300-400k TC. Should I interview even though it’s the same level?

Forget level and look at TC bump. Aim for 20% minimum to jump ship.
What if they offer you ict5 price for a sr role? It’s 100% worth it.
They already told me the range and seems pretty equivalent to Apple’s level. Senior 300-400k, Staff 450-600k
