Tech life is so boring
Same designs, same bullshit meetings, same visibility hunger games, same corp talk, same review comments, same milestones, same coordination, same war rooms, same org changes...same etc etc etc I'm so bored....! Does the US Navy hire 40+ year olds?
Are you sure it's not just Microsoft problem? Did you work in other companies?
Or even just OPs team. Microsoft is a massive company
You work at MSFT, so I’m not exactly surprised. MS Office and Excel haven’t materially changed in the past 30 years, yet still needs a monthly subscription for “development”

Start a company.
Why is it a problem? If you are good at tech, deliver results in 10 hours / week and dedicate the rest of your time to children.
wait for Taiwan invasion … but tech is some of the most boring shit out there no wonder we get paid above average. Few people willing to spend their life staring at a screen
