[How|Help] Sr, Staff, or Principal Application Security or Offensive Security Referral

I see a lot of SDE roles at Airbnb, Cruise, Netflix, Nvidia, OpenAI, etc. There's a few, but not many Security roles. Obviously, a lot less details on pay, and process too I'm curious if anyone has any advice about just scoring an interview at one of these fully remote top technology advanced (well paying 😉) companies.
