Piggybacking on another popular poll, what's your net worth in your 30s, and how did you get there?

Consider retiring
I know it's very popular here to hate your job and shoot for early retirement, but I think work is an important part of our existence. I think my life would be worse without the routine/structure, mental stimulation, and camaraderie I get from my job. My biggest fear is getting kicked out of the field by age discrimination in my 50s/60s/70s
Depends on how you count. If you count home equity in net worth, between one and two for me. Little less than 1 of you don't. How I got here: start one career path, do it for a while, switch to tech, reasonably successful exit from a startup, collect paychecks, invest in low risk stuff. But also have kids and a SAHW in a hella expensive city, so that slowed the roll a bit. But my real net worth is in having a happy and well loved family, a strong community with deep connection, teaching my kids the value of giving back by volunteering with good causes, teaching them the value of art and movement by supporting their interests, getting them a great education by getting them great schooling, building memories through lots of activities, supporting their natural curiosity and personalities (one is super mathy and has been multiplying since she was 3), etc... Let's make TC stand for Total Connectedness, and NW stand for No Way do I care about money more than quality and integrity of life (admittedly a stretch of an acronym).
30, 1M. TC 370k. Been at G for 7y, put it into VTSAX and 401k. Started traveling a lot more to see friends, going to Pennsylvania for the Fourth weekend.
Do you mean after hitting 1M. I was doing the same lol so just wanted to see if others felt the same
