Apply for L1B to L1A conversion?
I moved to US as and engineer on L1B, and soon moved to a management role. I still havent applied for a conversion. I am going to complete 2 years on L1B. My H1B did not get picked up. What is the best option for me going forward? - Extend L1B on 3 years? And keep trying for H1B. Is this usually straight forward? - Apply for L1A? Get a bigger extension and keep trying for H1B? I hear this one has risks. Any guidance is apreciated. Cheers!

L1b to L1a : is it solely for longer runway to get. H1b lottery ?? - either case is indifferent , just make sure you green card process is started and have an i140 And on L1a eligibility : your immigration lawyer will need to show documentation before moving to UD that you were either 1) manager position in prior location 2) or you were sme/ functional manager of some thing
