I have 2 faangmula experiences on my resume, stayed at both over 2 years. I worked with relevant technologies and made an impact. I keep my resume clean and concise (less than a page) with key words. However, I cannot seem to pass resume screening for any company including Expedia, Oracle, SAP, etc. I always get a rejection email after a week. I have much better odds securing interviews when recruiters reach out to me on LinkedIn though. Will do phone interview with 3 faangmula companies next week. Is company's career site a black hole? I would be surprised for SAP to not pounce over anyone with FAANG experience. Maybe a combination of the crappy internal website and external hiring freeze.
I actually got rejected twice by sap in the past (after onsite interview). Sometimes I feel traditional companies have a totally different hiring standard.

Why are boomers not retiring
Lots of companies are pausing recs or only hiring internally right now. But normally a web application from a job portal has a low probability of success without someone recommending you. Lean on your network.
Yeah makes sense
