Do tons of internships vs full time for a year

I deferred my master programs till next fall (honestly, not even sure I will go) so I have a gap year. Did CS undergrad in mid tier school. I already did 4 internships, 2 at Big N (think Salesforce, Nvidia, Cisco) 1 at big pharma, 1 at medium size hardware company all in ML. Should I do a bunch of more internships to continue exploring different Big Tech AI teams, cool startups, and different domains. I have a long list like DeepMind, Verily, OpenAI, etc that I’m curious about Or should I just commit to a full time role?

Depends, do you have an idea on what you want to do. In terms of industry?

I have been doing a lot of research ML work. I want to slowly become more of MLE or SWE, ML and work on productionizing ML work and just more SWE general work

Internships often don't count for experience, you'd be delaying your promotions and TC by 1 year. The advantage would be being able to chose your favorite spot for your first job.
