Expedia TPM interview

Hello, I interviewed for a TPM role at expedia two weeks back. The interview went really well and the interviewer told I will hear back very soon. It’s been over two weeks and there is no update. I have reached out to the recruiter but there is no response. The application status still says in-progress though. Should I assume I am not selected?
