Is eb2-niw faster than regular eb2 for gc
Currently have i-140 in eb2 category from previous employer. Is going for NIW gonna speed things? #h1b

Your I-140 approval is faster, 15 days with priority filing since there is no perm. Doesn't impact your green card timeline after the priority date is set.
