Some of my team members with relatively short career experience become demotivated during periods of poor performance, whether by the company or themselves. The image aligns with my perspective. For example, they get frustrated when dealing with legacy code during their tasks. I advise them to reflect on how much we've improved our code since joining the company. They should think about their achievements and look forward to future improvements, rather than focusing solely on today's frustrations. Keeping a broad perspective is important!!! How do you motivate your team when the team or company is not doing well? https://www.instagram.com/p/C49-L0vIrRW/?igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==
