TSIA. I'm using Fidelity FWIW. Or you can't as you haven't paid capital gains on them yet? #personalfinance #investments
My understanding is the same as Uber
You need to contribute to MBR directly from your paycheck. You can't sell RSU and push proceeds into your MBR on Fidelity, at least as far as I know. The best thing to do would be to call them and ask.
No point in calling. Youāre correct
What are you trying to achieve by doing this? You may be able to get the same outcome with a different method.

What do you even mean? Typical MBR is by converting AT 401k money into Roth. AFAIK unless you contribute to AT 401k, you canāt do MBR.
I paid taxes on my RSUs when they got assigned. So in this case, I sell them > move to 401K and then to Roth? And pay capital gains next year?
You can only add money into Mega Backdoor through payroll contributions of after-tax money. There is no way to just shove money from your brokerage account into it
