I am a new graduate who graduated in December and currently working at Fidelity Investments as a Software Developer. The work like balance is quite good but in terms of salary is near 120k per year which I feel is quite less for my qualification as I already have 3 YOE. I just want to know if I should start applying for new jobs from now onwards. As the market is not good at all currently, should I just let the storm pass and be put for some time or should I start applying as much as possible? What do you guy suggest. I am aiming for 190k$ around TC. My leetcode is decent and I have some Knowledge of System Design. I am comfortable with remote and in person both. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks. Also any company which I should put my focus more. #amazon #amazonaws #google #atlassian #snowflake
Where are you currently located?
Currently in North Carolina but I am completely open to relocate. Just want good opportunity.
