Seeking Career Guidance: Chartered Accountant, 4 YOE [India]

(Posting for a friend) Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), Bachelors in Commerce (A&F) - IGNOU University Experience: 4 years Salary: 14,50,000 INR 28F, Currently Working as a Manager in an Accounting/Management Consultancy firm (at client location) in Hyderabad, India. Before the current company I worked 2 years as a financial analyst at Genpact and one year+ in domestic companies specializing in MIS & Budgets. Despite my experience, I find myself lacking clarity on the best career path for me and I'm considering upskilling to enhance my prospects for a better career and higher pay. I aspire to work in top-tier companies like Big 4 or Product based companies. but I'm not interested in pursuing opportunities within the Audit domain. I’m mainly interested in Finance domain. Some people have suggested to do courses like SAP FICO, Power BI, Python, SQL, and Tableau, but I'm unsure in which career paths they become relevant. I’m mainly seeking advice on 2 things, (thinking about good career growth trajectory and pay): 1. From my current position, what careers paths are relevant to me. And what kind of upskilling do I have to do for such a career path (courses etc)? 2. What kind of companies can I target with these career paths?
