Tesco SDE-3 offer- Bangalore

Hi , I am in negotiation phase with tesco for an SDE-3 position in Bangalore. Need inputs. I currently have 2 offers: Palo Alto- Total CTC 60 with a base of 38 and stocks Sap labs- Total CTC 50 with a base of 44 and variable Tesco is currently offering a CTC of almost 63 with 55 as base(15% of variable) Is this a good offer for SDE 3 for Tesco or should I try for more negotiation.
