What are some tier 2 companies that are still hiring and pay relatively good money?

Hello, I am looking for a job in the UK. Currently working for SAP, Germany and getting paid peanut + no innovation + funny tech stack. I have 9 YOE (makes around 82K USD) I have been trying to narrow down a list of tier 2 companies that hire actively and offer a position in the UK. Why the UK? I'd love an English speaking country to enjoy life and still get the benefits of public health insurance + free quality education (we have a 1 year old). So far my list is the following: 1. Atlassian 2. Bloomberg 3. Spotify I'm not a Leetcode expert but I did 150 something last year and am ready to refresh to crack the job interview. Can you share insights on relatively high paying England based tier 2 companies? What companies should I add to the list?
