What policies do you actually love from Trump?
I sold a small amount of company stocks and didn’t realize it was within the blackout window. I figured if it’s not the open window Fidelity would not let me do it. Now I realized what I’ve done and I’m freaking out. What should I do?

FBI will be at your door step any time. On a serious note, nothing will happen. Just report to your internal securities/finance team that you did this in error and you want to report it yourself. You’ll be fine.
Just start writing a formal letter explaining all this to the SEC and FINRA
SEC already merc'd OP
Just tell your compliance department. They need to make a note of it. If it only happened once and wasn't a huge amount of money and it wasn't suspicious for any other reason, it'll be fine
yes mr fbi agent, this is the one
Depends on the stock. Was it chicken or vegetable? Also how blacked out was the window?
Did this at Google years ago. I notified compliance and after a month of silence they asked me to pay a $250 fine, literally write a check to Google Inc. and mail it to the finance team. I didn't do it, never heard anything again. FBI has still not come for me.
Sure, but your name is on a "list".......👹
Thumbtack how much did you gain from the trade
All jokes aside - I would report it to your employer/compliance department. Honesty is key! You should be fine
Just remember not to drop the soap
Lol
