Honestly really great for entry. You could get set up with a 450$ bow and some cheap arrows. The problem is that bows are VERY modular. You can spend 5k pretty easy rigging out a bow exactly how you like it. Then custom sized arrows can get costly and make a pretty huge difference in performance. They are fun to learn and even more fun to build and experiment with when you start seeing what some accessories can do for your performance. Bows are like watches. There is always a better more expensive one than you have that looks just too sweet to pass up.
