When is it safe for a Hindu to visit Kashmir?
I believe the Modi government has some cleaning up to do in that area to rebalance things back to how it used to be before the great downfall. As a Hindu I want to know a timeframe of when this will be done? Just finished watching the chilling Kashmir Exodus

Kashmir either a separate country or will merge with Pakistan. This is not an emotional or anti-India comment, purely a rational outlook. So the answer to the question, - as a tourist, you should be able to visit the place even now - if the intent of your question is to go to Kashmir to settle there, then as mentioned above, I don’t see it happening in the next few decades.
Before that Pakistan will cease to exist. We already divided Pakistan into 2 parts. We will have do this once again. Baluchistan will become a separate country. India will take back PoK. Sindh will be a protectorate under India. Pakistan will be reduced to a rump state of Pakistani Punjab in perpetual conflict with Afghanistan.
