AVP@ Citi salary ?
Hi, currently a C11 (tech role) and have been selected for a C12 role (AVP) as part of an internal transfer. The recruiter is asking about my salary expectations but not revealing the budget. Does anyone know what's the salary range for a C12 in Irving, TX pls? TC: 90k #citibank #finance #negotiation
People who joined as AVP in my friends were offered between 107k-120k. You can negotiate for a relocation bonus as well. I was offered 7.5k as relocation but since you are getting promoted, maybe you can ask for a bonus?

Do you have C13 data for UK?
Ask for 130k and see what they say. If you were selected they will either match 130k or counter with their best offer, so you have nothing to lose.
Usually they will give you 25% more if you are in the same department
