I am so tired. I have done everything under the sun for prep for them. #tech
Well describe it in detail so that others here can do a postmortem
LinkedIn. SDE2 Onsites. Nailed 4/5 rounds (coding, system design, host manager, technical deep dive) only to get an asshole interviewer with LC hard in another coding. My recruiter confirmed that it was that coding round.
Interesting. Did you show progress in the lc hard or did you completely bomb it? Iโm seeing lc hards are to be expected these days.
Same boat, multiple onsite rejection. Competition is tough.
How many onsites/interviews have you done?
Same I failed 4 onsites all because of LC It's tough, stay strong man
What did you do to prep?
Hows tiktok? I'm assuming you only want to leave cuz of wlb?
TikTok is fucked. People are leaving.
If this was 2021/22, you've gotten multiple offers by now. I've prepped really had and still failed onsites. I would have gotten multiple offers with the same level of prep in 2022. I know because I got multiple offers in 22. I'm better than I was in 22. It's not you, it's the market. There are way too many people in the market competing for the same job. And companies are extremely picky.
yeah i was just thinking it was so good in 2022 lol
I've been failing onsites too (including failing a coding round to a Chinese FOB), and no idea why because recruiters haven't given me feedback. At least you got some feedback. Market is dogshit. Keep at it. At least you're employed. This sh*t is way worse when you're unemployed.
