Application is always getting rejected by Booking.com? Am I pissed off??? Please reply

I had applied for 3 positions for SDE2 level at booking.com for Amsterdam, And for every application I am getting auto generated rejection mail. May be its because they have opened offices in India and so wont accept applications from India for NL office

Seems that we have some shitty software for cv screening. Some ppl from booking also complained that their referals are being autorejected. Try adjusting cv by adding impact you made in current/previous positions
