Caymus Vineyards

-winery name: Caymus Vineyards -tasting experience: 8/10, wines known to have silky, velvety texture, thanks to the extra hangtime, where wines are left for full ripeness during harvest. simply delicious, from their zin, cab, special selection, all varietals have this similar, signature taste/feel. heard their zin is no longer sourced locally so noticed a dip in quality (as of 2023) -tasting $: $50, affordable vs other napa wineries -reservations: Yes, plan ahead at least 1 month in advance, via tock -membership: No, they humbly believe in inclusivity, so no membership but wines are already reasonably priced so ok. plus they are available at costco for 15-20% discount -revisit: Yes, ambiance is great, especially the outdoor seating, feels like a resort. staff was friendly and brought out extra pours

I love Caymus napa cab 🍷but i've been a bit disappointed with California cabs (not Napa).

I think they also offer a 10% discount towards your purchase if you buy a case. They also waive your wine tasting fee. My experience with caymus has been overall great, def one of the favs!
