So many tech influencers, a lot of them Indian, start a YouTube channel and spam with their system design and DSA courses. But are they good at their main job? (In my company influencers are all talk) Ps Apologies for bad grammar
People who are good at their jobs donāt need to waste time being influencers
Tech influencers are basically an oxymoron unless theyāve actually built cool tech that a many people are using (Linux kernel, flagship open source projects, etc) Nobody doing DSA courses is an influencer. Itās a grift of the gullible.
If you are pretty and can pass off other people's work as your own... you have a career as a tech influencer
The only one I personally knew got laid off and I didn't even know she was a "tech influencer" until after she did.
