I have been approached by Expedia group for both Leadership and IC roles. Just trying to get some insights about Expedia Group. 1. How do levels work at Expedia Group? For ICs - Distinguished seems to be the highest level. How does it correlate with leadership track? Is it equivalent to Senior Director or VP level? 2. How do levels correlate to levels at Amazon/Google/Microsoft? Also, does a L7 from say Google end up as a Senior director or VP at Expedia? Does L8 map to a SVP? I understand it varies, but what is the ballpark? 3. What are the compensation ranges at Expedia for Senior Director or VP vs. Distinguished architect/engineer? Say the location is Seattle. 4. Sr director is equivalent to l6-l7 google. Pay in tech band around $650k tc with $300k+ base

Vp is probably $1m+. After director, equity can jump pretty high
