People saying lowballed. What should be the expected comp?
Anyone?
You are in top 10% range for level L so certainly not a low ball offer.
Bro take what you’re getting right now unless u somehow spawn multiple offers. Someone described opportunity cost nicely in other thread. You’ll lose out more if u wait unemployed
Being part of expedia i can certainly tell it's not a low ball, it's top of the line compensation for L level here. With the great wlb and very good work environment it makes up for being lower than amazon but if money is your aim expedia isn't anyhow the place and curious to know why you did not try for M level were you sde 2 in Amazon if so then L is the correct mapping i believe
I worked in Expedia for 5+ years and moved to Amazon last year. After getting laid off at Amazon, returned to my previous position (level L) after a small interview loop. Since my previous feedback was good and interview feedback was positive as well, my hiring manager decided to give me a hike over my last TC.
Where is the performance bonus
No performance bonus in expedia, they give some RSUs out though each year.
