I am in a dumpster fire Org with majority chinese and one of the worst manager in my last 15 years of my career. I signed an offer and I am on my way out of Meta. But before leaving, I decided to give one of the worst feedback I ever gave to anyone (forget about a Manager). Its a full 300 word feedback (max-limit) with only "areas of Improvement". I skipped the section "things doing well". I am so angry at my Manger, Skip, and Meta's culture (that allows these full Chinese teams with 996 culture) that I wanted to burn this bridge down to the ground and make sure that I never look back.

I don’t blame you for reacting the way you did, OP. I’ve been in your shoes at retail and restaurant jobs before, and even at MRM. If they want you gone, they want you done. Bad management is becoming a serious problem in the industry, and I don’t know how we can make it through both having to struggle to get a job and having to work to keep it. TC: 105K

This guy is a total fool. Everyone has enemies. The question is do these enemies have the power to make your life difficult.
Spare your effort. Nobody cares. They’ll just say angry ex-employee, here’s one more proof they couldn’t do a good job. How can one prevent that if going to meta? Select better team?
