Should I jump ship?

I have recently moved to a fintech with the below compensation -(Not in Fidelity currently) Base 140k. 15% bonus. Stocks 150k for 4 years. Location - Salt Lake City I recently received an offer from a startup in Cali which is in real estate investments- Base 180k No bonus Stocks 100k(not listed yet and my allocation will be on next series funding) Location - Remote ,mostly will be in SLC only. Also am on Visa and both the companies will be initiating my GC very soon as I have more than 23 months on Visa H1b exhaustion. I am very much torn as the real estate company took more time in deciding and giving an offer and in the meantime I had accepted the fintech offer and started with them. Please advise Blinders.
