I just opened an account with Yotta savings, I believe its a smart concept but I just wonder how long they can sustain such model before becoming similar to other online savings accounts. What do you think about it as a company, any potential of becoming a unicorn or even more in the future? https://www.withyotta.com/
Play options if you want to ride your luck
Sounds pretty terrible to me. Why wouldn’t I just play t lottery?
Because you don't lose the money you put in. They're basically just randomizing the interest to make it exciting to people who love lotteries
You can get higher interest elsewhere and use the gains to buy lottery with better odds.. of course it’s not as convenient
I opened an account with them recently too. Just gonna get that higher expected APY while I can before it’s dropped to below 1%.
^^ exactly, getting ~3% now
I joined it 1 month ago with 10k, in that 1 month I got the equivalent of a 0.8% APY. That beats the 0.6% APY I get from Ally. If anyone wants a referral, my code is KYLE73.
Got 1.9% annualized this week, which is about average according to some calculation. My referral code is FRANCIS13
I’ve been using Chime (1% APY) but apparently they’re rolling back to 0.5% soon. Yotta realized APY is 1.2% with only 2k. Feel free to use my code: TENSOR
You are more likely to win a lottery than to win their million $ jackpot
