My employer has tie up with fidelity investments for 401k. Seeking advice what investment elections are recommended for a person who is not looking to encash it anytime soon and believes in moderate risk. PS: I elected vanguard target 2035 as investment for now. <without any thought> TC: 180K

Does your 401k have a Brokerage Link option with Fidelity? Otherwise you are limited to the funds your company selected. Look for a low expense ratio and then determine your macro allocation and go from there. If you have Brokerage Link it lets you buy any fund (and sometimes stocks and options) of anything they carry.
I have Brokerage link option. Any suggestions for long term and moderate to high risk (if possible with lower exp ratio)? TIA
