What companies are focused on good engineering? As opposed to meta that specializes in gamification of the performance review process, making up metrics, shipping fast and testing in prod. Google to some extent but it's so big the bootlickers have probably taken over. OpenAI is probably great but hard to get a job there. Where can an honest engineer get a high paying job doing real engineering work?
