Hi Blind community. Need some referrals for SDE roles in Bengaluru. I am not able to get interview calls despite applying on the company websites. How to prepare for System Design interviews in an organized way? LC count: 432 (E: 200, M: 200, H: 32) LC grinding is not helping me coming up with solutions to problems intutively. Background: 4yr of exp. Currently at a startup (1 yr) 3 years at Amazon India as SDE-I ( was threatened by PIP by last manager. Forced to resign from the place) . Have a long employment gap because of that.
