Hi, I am in Germany working in IT/Operations (SAP, Supply chain operations) as Senior Manager. I am planning to move to London next year and planning to start my job search right now My current salary and experience is: YoE - 14 years (Both SAP and Business experience) Gross - €120k Bonus - €30k I am targeting to get around £160-180k gross plus bonus and benefits in London. (Total £200-220k) Are these level of salaries possible to negotiate in companies like Amazon (Senior Manager SCM non IT#jobopening #hiring )or IT / Management consulting Manager/Senior Managers(Accenture, E&Y, PwC etc.) or am I completely off the mark and I should lower my expectations?
At Amazon, your comp expectations are on the high end for L7 non-tech IC role but probably on the mark for a people manager (with about 30-50 person org). Base salary will be closer to £120-130 with rest in stocks/bonus. L7 = senior manager / principal PM At L6 it’s not possible
Worth noting that getting in as 7 is crazy hard.
I am targeting this job. Check out this job at Amazon: Senior Strategic Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) , DE Hardlines https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/2808341674 It seems it’s a strategic role with special language requirement. Am I to understand this would be 120-130 plus rsu?
