Is it true?? https://www.am22tech.com/usa/news/h1b-denial-2023-registration-fraud/
Multiple registrations are perfectly legal. But job offer needs to be valid. If the offer is fake then yeah it will be denied.
How do they validate job offer? Randomly check
Based on the article multiple registration are not legal if they are though same company through different sister companies even if they offer is legit. Usually consultancies does this. If you apply through google and meta you’re good. But not though meta and Facebook.
At least they did something
Noiceeee
LETS GO
Awesome!
Multiple registrations are NOT illegal. They are within the legality if the H1B program, however it is an abused quirk. USCIS can ask for more evidence but cannot deny on the basis of multiple registrations.
Good. This gaming the system needs to stop.
I would like to see below: Report on # of fraud petitions. Employers should be blocked for 5 years for any petition on immigration Employees I don’t know 😜
I hope the old system returns where you send in the full package. Only way to curtain this mess.
You worried about fraud?
