finally got offer numbers! IC4 level base: 275k bonus: 15% (~41k) rsu: 900k over 4 years, 225k per year tc: ~541k sign-on: none current tc: ~375k yoe: 12 yrs How does this look? Based on offer data (levels, blind) the rsu looks low to me. Snowflake said they have lowered the rsu grants in new offers due to current stock price to avoid dilution etc and that stock price will go up. Is anyone seen recent offers from snowflake (May/June) with better rsu grants? If I ask for more, how much can I expect? thank you very much blind fam! #Offer Evaluation #snowflake
Are they giving you in writing that stock will go up? If yes then by how much and what do they do if it doesn't go up. Looks like the only person who loses is you if there are no guarantees. It's 100% your risk, the gains from it should be 100% yours too. Why are you giving all the gain (that may not even happen) to snowflake
haha of course not, 'stock will go up' they all say, I have been hearing that at Asana for years. My question is, did they actually lower rsu grants for all new offers and is this the new norm? Because I see info on levels.fyi with 1.2 to 1.5M in RSUs for IC4 offers
Great offer, take it
They’re in the pits right now because of PR foibles, but assuming they crawl out of it then wow your NW is going to explode from those RSU’s. Big if though, because they’re not only in the trenches with that hack debacle. They’ve been getting hard pushback from the industry they serve: analytics and business intelligence
I wouldn’t assume the stock is going to massively move such that it’s a huge boon to NW. maybe goes up by 50 percent, maybe crashes.
That’s low for IC4. Snowflake IC4 is staff and offer was around 700k recently
Avoid. Down-ball so much
Close to some IC3 offers I've seen
Can you share more data points or details? Is RSUs close to IC3s?
levels.fyi bruh
That RSU number used to be top of range IC3 from a year ago. IC4 can go higher. Do you have competing offers?
But why is it ic4 with 12 yoe? How was the coding interview like?
Amazing offer What's your YOE?
12
Why is your TC so low ? Are you an engineer? I thought Asana employees were millionaires after stock pop.
