Let’s face it, only people who’ve never been outside of seattle like seattle. Dark and dreary all the time, rainy and depressing. You get some nice parks and scenery but this gets old fast since nothing is next door. Austin? Hot and too densely packed, absolutely no privacy. Outside of Austin, the entire state of Texas is a desert. Now more cities like phoenix, Tampa, Florida are rising. Which of the following do you prefer? #tech #city #america #usa #maga #meta #faang #amazon #sde #product
Rain isn’t as depressing as endless drought and unbearable heat. I’d take Seattle over Phoenix any day.
Tampa is great for visiting, but sucks on a day to day basis. Also traffic is dogshit
I grew up in King County but lived my 20s/30s not in WA and came back recently. I prefer WA but not Seattle. Nicest cities I’ve been to were Providence, Boston, NYC. Well aside from Seoul where I spent 2 years but always felt like an outsider being white. My dream place would be Clyde Hill. I don’t even want a big house, but the area is so clean and nice. Weather wise Raleigh, NC was my favorite.

NYC is garbage and filled with rats. Miami is a good option.

Raleigh, You name it, You have it.
Chicago
Is there any tech company in Tampa? In Nashville? In Albuquerque?
Is Denver good??
NYC is not an option? And Albuquerque is?
NYC is garbage if you have a family.
Should’ve added, didn’t come as a thought. select other city then. We will tally your likes as the number of NYC
