self imposed limit on investment platforms
Do you have any self imposed limit on how much max you would invest on each investment platform you are invested in? For example - if you have fidelity, then at some point would you also signup for Vanguard and start investing there? (risk mitigation, not to put all eggs in one basket)
I donโt have a limit, but it came naturally. Different employers- different stock brokers and not enough reasons to consolidate. And yes SIPC insurance is one of the reasons to distribute assets
On platforms like Webull, yes. On fidelity no. Thatโs more because my Webull is play money and fidelity real money though.
