UMass Amherst vs TUM for MS in CS

I have an admit from both UMass Amherst and Technical University of Munich for a masters in Computer Science. I’m looking for a research-oriented curriculum and want to work for small to midsize companies in the future, preferably in healthcare. Which of the two should I choose? I will be going on a student visa to either of the countries. Please suggest. Currently working with an NGO, no TC.
